Editors decided to publish this article to inform the concerned citizens of the U.S. about the nuclear weapons situation in North Korea and that they wish to resume talks with the U.S. and its allies about cutting down it's nuclear arsenal. However, people are skeptical about resuming talks because North Korea may start talks, but only walk away from the table.

Editors decided to publish this article to inform people about the humanitarian situation in Sudan. In parts of Sudan there's an arising crisis which may lead to a famine. This is because aid organizations are being blocked from giving aid to those who need it. Meanwhile, violence is occurring more frequently in certain parts of the country and forcing people to flee their homes.
